Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Each order includes a tracking number so you can follow its journey from our hands to yours.

Shipping Time
We currently ship only within the United States. Standard shipping is free for all orders over $1,000, with an estimated delivery time of 1–4 business days.

Taxes
Sales tax is automatically calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address within the U.S.

Tracking Shows Delivered, But You Didn’t Receive It?
If your tracking information shows your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, please:
